I am the relationship guardian for the client.  My role involves forging & maintaining strong relationships with our clients.  With the support of internal departments I ensuring that we deliver seamlessly on a day to day basis to our clients, that we strive for continual improvement & support them to achieve their business objectives by identify opportunities where Sterling can sell in products and services from our wider offering, including thought leadership, strategy and multi channel marketing initiatives.   I manage the External Account Management team to ensure that all our clients receive the excellent  service that Sterling is known for.
